Role Description The Real Estate Advisor role at Teravaas Realty is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Real Estate Advisor will guide clients through property selection, site visits, and transaction processes for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, presenting property options, conducting market research, and advising clients on pricing, legal considerations, and investment potential. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure of deals. The Real Estate Advisor will also participate in training sessions, maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and uphold company standards of professional conduct and customer service.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market trends and regulatory aspects. Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure. Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships. Experience in Training or mentoring, with the ability to share best practices and support team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple clients, and handle fieldwork and property visits. Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and transactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage. Prior experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property sales in the Noida/Delhi-NCR region is beneficial.
