Hill Farm Stay  is a cozy nature retreat located in Latwala (Jamwal Kar), Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, offering chalet-style duplex cottages, farm-to-table dining, and panoramic views of the Dhauladhar mountain range. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program Planning: Design daily schedules including indoor/outdoor games, nature walks, bonfire nights, and cultural programs.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, promote scheduled events, and encourage active participation across different age groups.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure all recreation gear is safe, clean, and stored properly before and after use.
• Special Events: Coordinate logistics for themed nights, holiday celebrations, or group outings.
• Program Planning: Design daily schedules including indoor/outdoor games, nature walks, cultural events, and kids' club activities.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, promote upcoming events, and encourage participation across all age groups.
• Safety Management: Ensure all equipment and activity areas are safe, clean, and properly maintained.
• Logistics & Feedback: Track daily participation numbers, handle basic inventory, and gather guest feedback to improve future events.
• Coordinate logistics: for special events and external vendors—book rooms, order supplies, arrange transport, and communicate schedules to families and staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication should be Friendly, energetic personality with strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Organization Ability to manage schedules, adapt to shifting weather or group sizes, and multitask.
• Experience should be Prior background in hospitality, recreation, event planning, or childcare is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility in Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays when resort traffic peaks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
• Ability to conduct and manage guest activities confidently.
• Basic knowledge of indoor and outdoor games is preferred.
• Previous experience in a resort, hotel, recreation, or guest activities role is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Education and Skills:

• diploma/degree in hospitality, tourism, or recreation.
• Strong verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• High energy, patience, and a friendly attitude for dealing with all age groups.
• Knowledge of safety rules for sports, games, and outdoor events.

Salary: As Per Company Standards and Experience.
