Educational Qualification
• Graduation
• MBA/PGDM in HR/ Marketing
Work Experience 0-3 years

Responsibility

• Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency.
• Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
• Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
• Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
• Industry and Company Research into niche market.
• Understanding company structures and dynamics. Refurbish your market information on regular basis.
• Updating and maintaining data / information on the internal MIS.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting.
• Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
• Assisting the Reporting Manager in the execution of Senior level management mandates

• Article/Blog Posting over the web.
