Job Description

Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements and assess their impact on the company. Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance Support our HR team for employment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects. Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring clear mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented. Audits & Risk Assessments • Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps. • Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks. • Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings. Stakeholder Management & Advisory • Work closely with corporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards. • Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc. Key Qualifications & Skills ✔ Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and Compliance Audit or a related function.
