This hybrid role focuses on supporting critical OT infrastructure in a mission-critical energy environment, with an emphasis on Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), infrastructure troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, reliable server systems. What type of experience does the right candidate have: Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Strong understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure troubleshooting. Experience with enterprise backup, endpoint protection, and security monitoring platforms. Familiarity with Active Directory, operating system patching, and application updates. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team. Experience supporting NERC CIP-regulated environments is a plus.
