What you’ll do as a Field Service EngineerThe Field Service Engineer acts as the immediate technical / mechanical support for all field service and equipment issues on-site or via phone support to customers in the food and healthcare industries. Our Field Service Engineers are experts that visit customer facilities on a regular basis to verify equipment safety, recommend preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot to optimize performance.
The Field Service Engineer maintains strong relationships with customers and ensures their operation is running smooth by providing hands-on machine maintenance. With a strong customer service focus, you ensure the longevity of the Anritsu machines that ensure quality and safety for our world-class partners.
Our highly regarded, cutting-edge inspection equipment (X-ray, metal detectors, checkweighers, and conveyors) is in demand by our quality-minded customers. While packaging and inspection equipment experience is beneficial, we are willing to train ambitious and technically savvy professionals on the nuances of our industry. This role will provide highly motivated candidates passionate about learning ample opportunities to advance their careers.
We're hiring for the Northern Illinois / Greater Chicago region.
Pay based on industry experience. Base range starting at $31/hr. 40 hours per week guaranteed. OT and travel pay. Excellent benefits at a low cost. xzbcwsv 401k match.
