This role is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads — generated through aggregators, digital campaigns, and referral channels — into confirmed OPD appointments and surgical procedures. The role demands sharp sales instincts, structured follow-up discipline, and rigorous CRM hygiene. Drive conversion through consultative selling — explain clinic options, appointment slots, procedure benefits, and address cost or distance objections confidently.
