Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project quality and compliance. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Monitor construction progress and address any challenges promptly. Ensure all projects meet healthcare industry standards and regulations. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Lead project meetings and foster effective collaboration among team members. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager (Healthcare) should have: Experience managing construction projects in the healthcare sector (5+ years). Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
