Interior Designer - UK Residential Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing architectural team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a good understanding of architectural drawings and 3D modeling. Experience with Revit is a plus.

You will work closely with architects and designers to develop accurate BIM models, technical drawings, and project documentation while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate 2D drawings and detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects.

Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

Update project drawings based on design revisions and client feedback.

Coordinate with architects and the design team to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Maintain project documentation and drawing standards.

Assist in preparing presentation drawings and technical documentation.

Ensure all drawings comply with company and project standards.

Support the design team throughout different stages of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

Good working knowledge of SketchUp (Mandatory).

Experience with Revit is a plus.

Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good communication and time management skills.
