Job Title-Manager - Industrial Automation Sales (Key Accounts)

Location- Tamil Nadu (Chennai, with travel across South India as required)

Experience- 10+ Years in Industrial Automation Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Automation Sales professional with over 10 years of experience in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and providing techno-commercial solutions to customers. The candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in industrial automation products and solutions, be capable of independently handling strategic customers, and identify opportunities across various industrial segments in Tamil Nadu and neighbouring regions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth for Industrial Automation products, solutions, and services.
• Develop new customers while expanding business in existing key accounts.
• Identify automation opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
• Prepare annual sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to order closure.

Key Account Management

• Independently handle strategic and large industrial customers.
• Build long-term relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, maintenance teams, engineering teams, and project departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
• Identify repeat business opportunities and upselling potential.

Preferred Product Knowledge

Experience in selling one or more of the following:

• PLCs/SCADA/HMI/VFDs / Drives/Servo Systems/Energy Management Systems/Robotics & Factory Automation
