Wholesale Operations Specialist

Owning the order-to-cash process for major wholesale accounts, the full-time Wholesale Operations Specialist will accurately process purchase orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure reconciliation between retail partners and internal teams, with a preference for candidates based in Boise, Idaho, though remote work may be considered for exceptional applicants. Key responsibilities: Process incoming purchase orders and coordinate with operations to ensure timely fulfillment while flagging at-risk orders Manage the reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and payments, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with finance on chargebacks Maintain reporting on order status and deduction trends, serving as a link between wholesale, operations, and finance teams Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, preferably with major retail accounts Hands-on experience with retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central or Walmart Retail Link Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain data reconciliation trackers Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Highly organized with a proactive communication style to work cross-functionally
