BioDesign is a physician-led regenerative and longevity medicine practice operating in Tampa, Florida. As part of the Agentis Longevity platform, BioDesign is expanding its clinical service offering to include hormone optimization, peptide therapy, cellular therapies, and the Longevity Quotient (LQ) biomarker assessment system. We are building the clinical team that will drive the standard of care in longevity.We’re Looking for YouWe are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner with a background in hormone health, orthopedics, or regenerative/functional medicine to join the BioDesign clinical team. This role is designed for a clinician who combines technical skill in interventional procedures with a genuine interest in longevity and functional medicine. The right candidate brings hands-on experience in hormone optimization therapy, peptide therapy, and joint injections or cellular therapy. Plus, you have a passion for helping patients optimize their health over the long term, not just treat acute conditions. We set the benchmark for Industry leading-quality, patient-centered care.Teamwork: By working together, we create comprehensive solutions that address the diverse needs of our patients, driving better outcomes and a stronger impact.What You’ll DoRegenerative Medicine ProceduresPerform joint injections including corticosteroid, PRP, and regenerative biologics under physician supervision and collaborative practice protocolsAdminister exosome-based IV therapy and cell factor treatments following established clinical protocolsSupport the launch and delivery of ozone therapy protocols (Ten-Pass and/or EBOO) as the program is implementedHormone OptimizationConduct comprehensive hormone evaluations and optimization for men and womenInterpret and act on bloodwork, biomarkers, and lab panels as part of individualized care plansParticipate in the Agentis Longevity Quotient (LQ) onboarding framework — a full biomarker, cardiovascular, and cognitive assessment protocolPatient Care and EducationConduct thorough patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-upEducate patients on regenerative therapies, longevity protocols, and the rationale behind treatment decisions with clarity and clinical confidencePartner with BioDesign's clinical team to create a premium patient experience consistent with the Agentis standard of careCompliance and DocumentationMaintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with 503A compounding protocols, collaborative practice agreements, and state licensure requirementsSupport adverse event documentation and reporting as requiredStay current with evolving regulatory standards for compounded xzbcwsv therapies, regenerative biologics, and longevity medicineWhat You Have (Required)Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida. Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP (AGPCNP)Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hormone therapy, orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or a closely related specialtyStrong comfort with bloodwork interpretation, lab-driven clinical decision-making, and individualized protocol developmentExcellent patient communication skills and able to explain complex therapies in clear, accessible termsWhat You Have (Preferred)Experience in functional, integrative, or longevity medicineDemonstrated hands-on experience performing joint injections, nice to haveFamiliarity with regenerative biologics including PRP, exosomes, or peptide therapiesExperience with ozone therapy (Ten-Pass or EBOO) or willingness to complete trainingA4M, IFM, or similar integrative medicine certification or courseworkStrong interest in precision health, biomarker-driven protocols, and the longevity medicine spaceWhat We OfferFull-time position on-site in Tampa, FLHealthcare & Financial Wellness BenefitsPaid Time Off to rechargeOngoing training, mentorship, & growth opportunitiesPay Range$120,000 – 135,000 Annual SalaryCheck us Out
