• At SoCheers, a Senior Visualizer plays a key role in shaping the visual identity of campaigns and ensuring that creative outputs maintain a high standard of craft and consistency. You bring both creative thinking and executional leadership to projects, helping teams translate concepts into visually compelling work.
• You collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and video teams to ensure that ideas are expressed clearly and consistently across formats and platforms.
• You also play an important role in guiding designers and strengthening the creative quality of the team.

What will you do?

• Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Translate creative ideas into cohesive visual systems and campaign outputs.
• Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, and craft across deliverables.
• Work closely with writers and strategists to align visuals with campaign narratives.
• Contribute actively to concept development and creative discussions.
• Adapt campaign visuals across formats such as social media, digital assets, print, and OOH when required.
• Provide feedback and guidance to Juniors.
• Ensure timelines are maintained while protecting the creative quality of outputs.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all campaign assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth creative execution.
