Role: SVP Treasury Management SpecialistLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Duration: End of Feb 2027 (Possible extension/Conversion)

Client is implementing QRM as its core Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) platform, replacing an existing internal system. The role will support Treasury/ALM in ensuring operational readiness through process design, controls, governance, training, and stakeholder management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.Design and document end-to-end IRRBB processes, roles, responsibilities, and controls.Support ALM target operating model and organizational design.Develop training materials, process guides, and operating procedures.Manage parallel runs, issue resolution, cutover, go-live readiness, and stabilization.Maintain project governance, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports.Drive stakeholder alignment, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
Required ExperienceExperience in Treasury, ALM, IRRBB, banking risk, or financial services transformation.Strong process design, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.Experience with controls, governance, training, and operational readiness.Exposure to system implementation, parallel testing, and go-live management.QRM experience is an advantage.
