Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead an IGCSE school, drive academic excellence, develop a high-performing faculty, and ensure effective school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and academic leadership for the school.
• Drive effective implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum .
• Lead, mentor and develop teachers and academic leaders.
• Monitor academic performance, teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Ensure student well-being, safeguarding and discipline.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and statutory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
• Work with the management on school growth and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Education or relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
• 1015+ years of experience in school education, including leadership experience.
• Prior experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School in an IGCSE/Cambridge school.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and people-management abilities.
• Passion for progressive, learner-centric education.
