<p><b> Bridge Expert </b></p><p><b> Educational Qualification: </b></p><ul><li> Graduate degree in Civil Engineering </li></ul><p><b> Experience: </b></p><ul><li> Minimum <b>10 years of professional experience </b> in construction supervision and/or Quality Control </li><li> Proven experience in <b> urban bridge and flyover projects </b></li></ul><p><b> Roles &amp; Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Provide technical expertise for construction supervision and quality control of bridges and flyovers </li><li> Review and ensure compliance of structural drawings, designs, and technical specifications with approved standards and contract requirements </li><li> Supervise construction activities including foundations, substructures, superstructures, bearings, expansion joints, and approach works </li><li> Monitor implementation of QA/QC procedures and ensure quality of materials and workmanship </li><li> Review contractor’s method statements, construction sequences, and quality assurance plans </li><li> Carry out inspections, testing, and verification of structural components and construction materials </li><li> Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during execution of works </li><li> Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective project implementation </li><li> Verify measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates </li><li> Prepare technical inputs for progress reports and completion documentation </li><li> Ensure compliance with safety, traffic management, and environmental requirements at site </li></ul><p><b> Key Skills &amp; Competencies: </b></p><ul><li> Strong knowledge of bridge and flyover construction practices </li><li> Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications </li><li> Experience with RCC / PSC structures and associated construction techniques </li><li> Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills </li></ul>
