You'll be: Reading and interpreting blueprints and measuring devices to ensure precise assembly of railroad tracks and turnouts Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, impact tools, grinders, torque machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently Using hand tools such as sledgehammers for extended periods Maintaining quality and production standards while keeping a clean and safe work area Reporting to the Assembly Department Supervisor and collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or GED (required) Possess at least 1 year of manufacturing experience (required) Are able to read a tape measure accurately to the 32nd of an inch and interpret basic blueprints or drawings Demonstrate good attention to detail and reliable attendance Can work Monday through Friday with overtime as needed Are capable of performing heavy manual labor and working outside in various climates What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
