Site Services Team Lead Our client is recruiting a Site Services Team Lead to help maintain essential services and equipment at a food manufacturing site.

The role offers a varied mix of hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis, and technical support to production management.
Based onsite in Dungannon, the role follows a two-week Monday-Friday shift pattern, with one week of early shifts and one week of late shifts (No nights).
Working onsite provides regular opportunities to collaborate directly with production teams while taking ownership of practical engineering work.

Salary range of £44,000 to £46,000, plus overtime and benefits.
The Role:
* Carry out welding repairs, preventative maintenance, and pipe-fitting.
* Operate and maintain steam boilers, ventilation, refrigeration, fluid transfer, vacuum, heating, water, and effluent treatment systems.
* Work with mechanical drive systems and pneumatics, diagnose faults, and provide technical advice to production when required.
The Person:
* Time or skill served engineer/services technician with at least four years of industrial experience.
* Mechanical or plumbing aptitude, with knowledge of steam generation, refrigeration systems, and effluent treatment plants.
* Able to diagnose and solve problems, make decisions, organize time, and use IT systems.
The Rewards:
* Basic package of £44,000 to £46,000 per year, plus overtime and benefits.
* Full time role with a two-week rotating shift pattern: week one, 7 a.m.
to 3 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m.
to 2 p.m.
Friday; week two, 3 p.m.
to 11 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 2 p.m.
to 9 p.m.
Friday.
