Job Description – Wealth Management AssociateHAZLETT BURT & WATSON, INC is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor and Securities Broker-Dealer that provides professional investment advice and comprehensive financial services to our clients and their families. We have an immediate opening for a Wealth Management Associate (WMA) in our Lancaster, PA Office. The WMA is often the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services related to account servicing, financial plans and investment portfolios. Under the direction of the Financial Advisor, the WMA is an integral member of the advisory team and is responsible for delivering a consistent, positive client experience to help ensure all commitments are completed and delivered in a timely manner.Work responsibilities include but are not limited to:Client relationsLeads a team-wide effort to organize, streamline and enhance a client experience that emphasizes value, service and attention to detailAdministrative supportPreparing meeting materials, following up with clients, and handling client transactionsBusiness DevelopmentEstablish trusting relationships with new and existing clients, proactively helping them understand their investments and planning strategies, with guidance and input from lead advisorFinancial planningAssist lead advisor in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that aim to address each client’s financial situation, specific goals and concernsClient Support/ServiceMay participate in or conduct client meetings with lead advisor or on behalf of lead advisorCommunity Involvement/Client EducationParticipate in community events promoting client services.
