We're looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving complex product problems through simple, intuitive experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, takes ownership beyond design execution, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

What You'll Do Own end-to-end product design from discovery to polished UI. Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to solve user problems. Design intuitive workflows for complex B2 B Saa S products. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. Champion usability, consistency, and product quality across the platform.

What We're Looking For 3–5 years of product design experience building digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished UI execution. Experience designing complex Saa S, fintech, enterprise, or workflow products. High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Ability to balance speed with attention to detail. Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

We're looking for someone who: Has exceptional ownership and accountability. Is consistent, dependable, and follows through. Doesn't lose motivation after joining and enjoys building over the long term. Take initiative instead of waiting for direction. Cares deeply about product quality and user experience. Is excited by ambiguity and solving hard problems.

Nice to Have Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products. Exposure to fintech, lending, or enterprise Saa S. Basic understanding of front-end implementation and design systems.
