Head of Finance and Accounting

A global manufacturing organization is establishing a new North American Regional Finance Organization near SAVANNAH, GA to support continued growth and expansion across multiple business entities.

This newly created team will serve as the regional financial control center, providing leadership in financial governance, performance management, accounting, and treasury operations.

We are seeking experienced finance leaders interested in helping build a best-in-class regional finance function from the ground up.

Current Openings

1. Head of Business Management (Senior Manager)

Lead regional business planning, forecasting, financial analysis, performance reporting, and profitability improvement initiatives across multiple locations.

2.Head of Accounting Management (Senior Manager)

Lead accounting governance, financial reporting, month-end close, audit coordination, compliance, and tax management activities for North American operations.

3. Head of Finance & Treasury (Senior Manager)

Lead treasury operations, liquidity planning, banking relationships, cash management, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk management initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Experience supporting multiple facilities, business units, or legal entities
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Automotive, automotive supplier, industrial manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Experience within a regional headquarters, shared services, or centralized finance organization
• SAP and ERP systems expertise
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Proven success working in a global business environment
