Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities for a $26M ground-up hotel project in Charlotte, NC. Oversee construction of a 113,039-square-foot, five-storey, 145-room hospitality development. Manage daily field operations, site logistics, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate project execution from the planned start date of 9 October 2026 through the 22-month project duration. Supervise and mentor an Assistant Superintendent assigned to the project. Drive schedule adherence, productivity, and project milestones while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate closely with project management, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership representatives. Oversee construction involving ICF systems, load-bearing metal studs, bar joists, and pour-in-place metal deck assemblies. Maintain a safe, organised, and productive job site environment. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr Superintendent should have: Proven experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on ground-up Hotels or Multifamily construction projects. Ability to successfully lead field operations on projects valued in the $20M+ range. Experience managing complex schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop field personnel. Excellent communication and coordination skills with project stakeholders. Hospitality, commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or similarly complex project experience preferred. Knowledge of structural systems including concrete, metal stud, bar joist, and deck construction is highly desirable. Commitment to safety, accountability, and project excellence.
