The ideal candidate is dedicated in providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.DutiesPerform basic math functions to handle transactions and make changeOperate computer system, scanners, and credit card/debit card ATM terminalsMemorize machine locations throughout the casino and be able to direct customers or make suggestionsHandle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient mannerMaintain accurate cash drawerTake a tally of the funds in the cash drawer when required during a shift and produce transaction reportsKeep the cashier area clean and orderlyWorks as a team member to make sure that casino floor is clean and orderly along with other employees.Skills/QualificationsHigh school graduateMathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accuratelyPrevious experience in a cashier environment helpful.Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accuratelyAbility to process gaming tickets, check cashing, and cash advance transactions.Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and twisting and standing for long periods of timeKnowledge of casino system, including cash, credit cards and paycheck procedures.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
