Manager / Sr. Manager - Operational Excellence

Support the development and maintenance of MIS, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports for business performance reviews. Analyse operational, financial, and functional data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support the Cost Excellence Program by tracking savings initiatives, monitoring benefit realization, validating data, and coordinating follow-up actions. Assist in monitoring and governing Operational Excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement projects across functions. Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Operations, Projects, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and support implementation of improvement initiatives. Support process mapping, process performance measurement, and development of operational metrics.
