Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Assure Clinic in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their hair and skin care needs, and presenting suitable treatment options and service packages. The Sales Consultant will conduct consultations alongside clinical staff, explain treatment plans, address questions and concerns, and support clients through the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the clinic's CRM or booking systems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. The role also includes collaborating closely with the medical and operations teams, meeting sales targets, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to a high-quality, welcoming client experience.
