F.S. Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager – Recoveries to lead and oversee debt recovery operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will ensure achievement of recovery targets, manage recovery teams, and maintain strong coordination with clients to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE

• Develop and implement strategic recovery plans to meet or exceed recovery targets.
• Supervise and guide field recovery officers and regional recovery teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic recovery progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments for dispute resolution and recovery approvals.
• Analyze recovery data to identify high-risk accounts and formulate targeted recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Manage and improve operational efficiency through process optimization and team motivation.
• Conduct periodic reviews and training sessions for recovery teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recovery management, collections, or commercial operations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report management tools.
• Experience in the utility or financial services sector will be an added advantage.
