What You’ll DoAnalyze large and sometimes imperfect datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable business insightsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools and executive-level reportingUse SQL and data visualization tools to extract, organize and analyze information from multiple sourcesWork with data warehouses and modern data platforms; exposure to Databricks or similar environments is highly valuedClean, validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and reliabilityTranslate complex analysis into concise recommendations and presentations for senior executivesDevelop and maintain financial and operational models using Excel, Power BI and/or PythonPartner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and determine appropriate analytical or process solutionsReview existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and improved reportingCreate process maps, workflows, requirements documentation and acceptance criteriaSupport projects from initial discovery and stakeholder interviews through implementation, testing and measurementDevelop reporting and self-service analytics tools that enable business teams to make faster, data-driven decisions
What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related quantitative fieldApproximately 2–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analytics, financial analysis, real estate analytics or a related field; strong candidates with relevant internships and early-career experience will also be consideredExperience working in real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, asset management or another asset-intensive industry strongly preferredStrong Power BI skills or equivalent business xzbcwsv intelligence/reporting experienceWorking knowledge of SQLAdvanced Excel skills and comfort building analytical or financial modelsExperience working with data warehouses, data lakes or modern data platforms; Databricks experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to clean, organize and analyze data that may not initially be structured or completeExperience with process mapping, process improvement and requirements documentationAbility to take detailed analysis and turn it into a clear story for senior leadershipStrong communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders across different business functionsCurious, resourceful and comfortable asking questions to understand how a business actually operatesAble to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership
