Dining Service Manager

As a Dining Service Manager with Aramark in Food & Beverage Operations, you will lead daily dining room and catering operations, managing front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest satisfaction. You’ll coordinate with culinary and facilities partners to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service, control labor and food costs, and support budgeting goals. You’ll recruit, train, and schedule staff, model Aramark’s culture of service, safety, and inclusion, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional experiences for clients, guests, and the community.
