About the Role

We need someone who can run profitable, high-volume campaigns on affiliate offers (CPL, CPA, CPI). You'll work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CPaa S channels (Bulk SMS, RCS, Whats App). The only thing that matters is ROI.

What You'll Do

Plan and launch campaigns on Google, Meta, or bulk messaging (SMS/RCS/Whats App) - whichever is your strength. Optimize campaigns regularly: improve targeting, creatives, routes, and bids to reduce cost per lead/action/install and increase conversions. Scale campaigns that are working into steady, high-volume revenue. Track performance closely and make quick decisions based on data.

Skills Required

You should be excellent in at least one of the following. You don't need to know all of them - just be genuinely strong in one:

CPaa S – Bulk SMS, RCS, Whats App Business API, aggregator management, DLT compliance Meta Ads – Running and scaling Facebook/Instagram performance campaigns Google Ads – Running and scaling Search, Display, or UAC campaigns Affiliate Marketing (CPL/CPA/CPI) – Running offers end-to-end, including tracking, postbacks, and payout management

Important: Please apply only if you have strong, hands-on expertise in at least one of the above. We're looking for depth in one area, not basic knowledge across all of them.

What We're Looking For

A results-driven mindset — you measure success by profit, not spend. Comfort working with data, tracking tools, and dashboards. Ability to make fast decisions and adjust campaigns on the go.
