Job Description : Daily Operations Management - Monitor and manage daily transaction processing. Allocate work among team members. Ensure adherence to SLAs and turnaround times. Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks. Team Supervision - Lead a team of 5–15 finance analysts/executives. Provide day-to-day guidance and support.
