Hiring: Social Media Manager

Location: Delhi (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand.
• Design creative graphics, posts, banners, and marketing materials.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media campaigns.
• Visit company locations for content creation, shoots, and brand storytelling when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and content formats.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Experience in video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for company shoots and content creation when required.
