Role Description The NGO Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising initiatives to support cancermissionfoundation’s programs and services. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships with individuals, corporations, and institutions, and preparing compelling proposals and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, managing donor communication and records, and collaborating with program and communications teams to align fundraising messages with organizational goals. The Fundraiser will also monitor fundraising performance, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to increase donor engagement and revenue.

Qualifications
- Strong fundraising and donor relationship skills, including experience in donor outreach, proposal writing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including event coordination, time management, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of NGO operations, social impact, and basic principles of fundraising ethics and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in social work, communications, marketing, or nonprofit management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit work is preferred.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and basic CRM or donor management software.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with community members and partners.
