HIRING: Senior Accountant – Accounts & Finance Location: Kharghar Industry: Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3 years of experience in a Real Estate / Construction company Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (₹4.2 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA) We are a growing real estate development company in Kharghar. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Accountant to handle our daily financial operations, accounting, and payments. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Ledger Handling. Maintaining accurate, clean, and daily updated books in Tally. Managing complete accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations. Payment Processing. Verifying vendor, site, and contractor bills. Scheduling and processing timely outgoing payments. Banking & Compliance. Performing daily bank reconciliations. Assisting with routine GST, TDS, and statutory documentation. Financial Reporting & Statements: Preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports. Monitoring cash flow, fund movements, and bank accounts. Registration work & monitoring sold units. Overall financial activities monitoring. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Real Estate or Construction firm. Strong, daily practical knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel. Good understanding of payment processing, bill checking, and basic GST/TDS rules. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong work discipline. Why Join Us?
