About Sigmoid:

At Sigmoid, we are scaling our Business Consulting & Solutions (BCS) – Pharma Group and looking for a senior leader who can combine pharma domain expertise, client consulting, and AI/analytics-led transformation.

This is not a pure project management role and not a hands-on data science role. We are looking for someone who has owned client engagements, shaped solutions, contributed to pre-sales, and delivered measurable business impact for global pharma clients.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic pharma consulting and analytics engagements across commercial, patient, and market access use cases
• Partner with senior client stakeholders (Directors/VPs/Business Heads)
• Drive program delivery, governance, and cross-functional execution
• Contribute to proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership assets
• Mentor engagement managers, consultants, and analytics teams
