Location : Financial District, Hyderabad

Work Mode : Work From Office

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Compensation Range : Up to 60K Per Month

Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting work for a large senior living project.

The project covers 10.5 acres with 280 units, with a built-up area of around 8 lakh sq. ft. and a project cost of about 200 Cr. The project construction is planned over 3 years.

This role is a great opportunity for a Sr Accountant who wants to take ownership of project accounting and work closely with the team. You will also guide and manage 1 Junior Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for the real estate project.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle Tally and ensure all entries are recorded correctly.
• Manage GST accounting, records, and related compliance.
• Support Income Tax-related accounting and documentation.
• Prepare and manage billing and invoices.
• Check bills, payments, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Track project-related expenses and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on accounts matters.
• Prepare basic reports and support project management with financial data.
• Guide and review the work of 1 Junior Accountant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6 to 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong experience in Real Estate or Construction Project Accounting is mandatory .
• Experience in senior living projects will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Tally, GST, Income Tax, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
