Your Role The VP, Human Resources Business Partner - Brands serves as the strategic HR leader for Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Beauty lines of business. Partnering directly with the Brand Presidents, this role helps ensure each brand organization has the leadership, talent, structure, and culture needed to deliver business performance while also strengthening effectiveness across the cross-functional teams that support each brand.
