Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute SME banking strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive business growth through acquisition and retention of SME clients.
- Oversee credit risk assessment, lending policies, and portfolio quality.
- Develop innovative SME products and solutions tailored to market needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across regions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 20+ years of experience in banking, with at least 10 years in SME/Commercial Banking leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SME lending, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to innovate and adapt to evolving market trends.
