Customer Delight Officer

What you'll do: Proactively call customers to upsell relevant products/services and drive repeat orders Reach out to dormant customers and win them back with targeted outreach Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and personally resolve issues behind negative ratings Act as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing patterns and feedback to help the team fix root causes Build genuine rapport with customers to strengthen long-term retention Track and report on upsell conversions, win-back rates, and review-recovery outcomes What we're looking for: 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, retention, customer success, or upselling A persuasive, warm communication style — equally comfortable selling and empathizing Genuine customer-first instinct — you care about getting it right for the customer, not just closing the call Comfortable working with CRM tools, call/target lists, and basic reporting Self-driven with the ability to manage a daily outreach pipeline independently
