About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (2+ years of experience) to join our well-established, collaborative community-based hospital medicine practice at Exeter Hospital.

As part of the BILH community and Core Physicians, you will practice in a supportive, multi-specialty environment designed to foster professional growth, work-life balance, and clinical excellence.

Practice Highlights

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a robust, experienced hospitalist program featuring 12+ hospitalists and a strongly integrated multi-specialty group.

  • Manageable Workload & Schedule:

    • Typical day features 3 physician and 1 NP/PA rounding teams (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

    • Dedicated daily NP/PA and physician admitters.

    • Standard daily patient census ranging from 14 to 16 patients .

  • Comprehensive Support: Enjoy exceptional specialist backing, including Palliative Care, Cardiology, Acute Care Surgery, GI, Pulmonary, Urology, Oncology, and consultative Psychiatry.

  • ICU Structure: Closed 10-bed ICU supported by an on-site intensivist daily.
