About the RoleVizion Interactive is looking for a Senior Technical SEO to lead search strategy for a portfolio of brands. You'll shape how our clients show up in both traditional and AI search, and help build the team and processes behind it. This is a senior role with real influence: you'll work directly with clients, developers, and leadership, and your input will shape how our SEO practice evolves.We're a fully remote team spread across the country. ResponsibilitiesStrategy and LeadershipDrive holistic search strategy Build and execute strategies for Search and visibility in AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)Partner with management to build a world-class SEO discipline, including smart use of AI and automation in deliveryTechnical SEODiagnose rendering and indexation issues on JavaScript sites (React/Next.js, Angular, Vue) and advise on rendering strategy (SSR, SSG, CSR, hydration)Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) in partnership with development teamsImplement structured data, XML sitemaps, canonicalization, and redirect strategy, especially at ecommerce scaleManage Google Merchant Center feeds and optimization for free product listings in organic search and ShoppingManage local listings and local SEO for multi-location brands across Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Apple Business ConnectAssess CMS and headless CMS platforms and optimize within their constraintsLead SEO through site migrations, replatforms, and redesignsProvide clear requirements and implementation support to developersContent and ResearchKeyword and intent research, competitive analysis, content gap analysis, site architecture, and internal linkingBuild topical and entity authority to support both rankings and AI citationsDirect copywriting strategy for client and Vizion Interactive projects, including oversight of AI-assisted contentContribute thought leadership content on behalf of Vizion InteractiveAnalytics and Client ManagementExpert in GA4 and GTM setup, testing, and troubleshooting; comfortable with GSC data, APIs, and Looker StudioTrack recommendations against goals and report xzbcwsv on organic and AI search performanceLead client relationships, monthly calls, and reporting; help clients define ROI goalsExplain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiencesSupport sales with strategy, proposals, scoping, and prospect presentations
Requirements8+ years of SEO experience, including 7+ in technical SEOHands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js, Angular, Vue)Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptEcommerce experience, including large catalogs and faceted navigationExperience with Merchant Center and multi-location local SEOProficient with Screaming Frog, GSC, BWT, GA4, Semrush, and AhrefsExtremely organized, detail oriented, and able to switch gears quicklyGood tenure and excellent referencesTeam player
