9B Careers is working with an AJ100 architectural practice in London, looking for an Architect with 3+ years' post-qualification experience and a strong technical and delivery background.The role would suit an Architect who has experience working on commercial and/or hospitality projects and is confident taking projects from developed design through to construction.The RoleContribute to projects through RIBA Stages 3 and 4Produce and coordinate comprehensive architectural delivery packagesDevelop detailed construction drawings, tender documentation and specificationsBuild and manage complex Revit/BIM modelsCoordinate architectural information with structural and MEP consultantsResolve technical details and ensure effective multidisciplinary coordinationApply knowledge of building regulations, construction technology and material performanceSite experience would be advantageousAbout You3+ years' post-qualification experienceStrong commercial and/or hospitality experienceProven experience progressing projects from developed design through to constructionAdvanced Revit and BIM workflow skillsStrong technical understanding of building regulations and construction technologyExperienced in producing detailed technical and tender packagesConfident coordinating with structural engineers and MEP consultantsStrong organisational and communication skillsLondon experience essential£45,000–£48,000 depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
