About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead and scale its demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be a critical member of the leadership team, driving revenue growth-oriented marketing programs through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in building high-performing demand generation engines, particularly in the B2B SaaS space, and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize the revenue funnel. The VP of Growth Marketing will be responsible for owning the marketing pipeline and revenue targets, overseeing the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs, and continuously measuring and optimizing marketing performance to ensure alignment with sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, and a deep understanding of modern marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions. Strong expertise in marketing automation, ABM, CRM, and analytics tools is essential, as is a data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze complex funnel metrics. Experience in the HR technology space is preferred. The role also involves leadership and team development, including mentoring and scaling a high-performing revenue marketing team, and fostering a culture of continuous experimentation, innovation, and accountability. The candidate should be an exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling business value for talent leaders and be both hands-on and strategic in their approach.
