What Role Will You Play?As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play an important role in connecting talented candidates with career opportunities that match their experience and goals.You’ll partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to understand client hiring needs, identify qualified candidates, and guide them throughout the recruitment process. Success in this role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.This position reports to the Divisional Manager.
What You’ll DoSource and connect with candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, Sterling’s internal database, and other recruiting tools.Build and maintain relationships with professionals across technical, engineering, and manufacturing industries.Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating offers, and supporting candidates through the hiring process.Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, career goals, and overall fit for available opportunities.Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries of their relevant experience and qualifications.Partner with divisional leadership, sales, and account management teams to develop effective recruiting strategies.Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Meet or exceed recruiting activity, performance, and placement goals.
