Badger Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations for an established industrial manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI.
We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of plant operations, develop department leaders, and drive measurable improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Lead overall plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and PlanningTake ownership of plant P&L performance, budgets, operating costs, and profitabilityDevelop, mentor, and hold department managers accountable for achieving operational goalsDrive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and manufacturing efficiencyEstablish and improve operational processes, performance metrics, and management systemsLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving equipment reliability, and increasing profitability
Qualifications:8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including management of multiple departments or functional leadersPrevious experience as a Plant Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Director of OperationsDemonstrated experience managing plant P&L, budgets, and cost improvement initiativesStrong background in industrial manufacturing, precision manufacturing, or related production environmentsExperience with APQP, PPAP, quality systems, and new product introduction processesProven ability to improve operational performance, implement processes, and develop leadership teamsStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven managementBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
