Intermountain Health seeks a compassionate School Nurse to support student health and learning in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. In this on-site role, you’ll provide direct nursing care, triage illnesses and injuries, manage chronic conditions, and respond to emergencies. You will develop and monitor individualized care plans, administer medications, maintain accurate health records, and ensure immunization and regulatory compliance. Partner with families, educators, and providers to deliver health education, promote wellness, and advance community health within a supportive, team-based culture focused on continuous improvement.
