Senior CSA Designer

Job Location: Pune, India

Reports to: Lead CSA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and engineering drawings for steel structures, foundations, concrete structures, modules, and civil works.
• Interpret engineering inputs and prepare drawings in accordance with AISC, ACI, PIP, AWS and applicable industry standards.
• Perform modular design and drafting for pipe racks, process modules, skids, power generation, gas compression, and water injection facilities.
• Prepare structural drawings for existing steel and concrete structures.
• Support the Lead/Senior CSA Engineer in the design and execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with sub-vendors and review shop drawings, 3D models, MTOs, and related deliverables.
• Support resolution of structural queries from fabrication yards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Participate in 30%, 60%, and 90% 3D model review meetings with stakeholders/customers.
• Act as Drawing Checker and Lead Designer for assigned projects.
• Create and administer Revit standards, templates, families, and metadata — experience with Revit 2024–2025 is a plus.
• Ensure quality, compliance, timely delivery, and protection of company intellectual property.

Required Skills:

• Autodesk Advance Steel (Advanced), AutoCAD (Advanced) and Navisworks (Advanced),
• Bluebeam (Intermediate), Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate), Design Industry Codes (Intermediate) and EPC Industry Standards (Intermediate), Civil 3D (intermediate)
• 5-10 years experience in Revit is a BIM Revit manager role is a plus.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School (High school diploma) Diploma or equivalent.
• Design/Drafting Certificate (Trades certificate / diploma) or a minimum of 10 years of related job experience in industrial oil & gas, petrochemical or refinery facilities.
