As a Recruiter at Five Below, you will play an important role in helping the company achieve our goals through talent. Our recruiters drive the full life cycle of hiring, ensuring a great candidate experience and positive and productive hiring manager partnerships, at every step of the process. If you are an expert in talent acquisition and want to make an impact as a true talent partner, we want to hear from you!
Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance including sourcing, screening, providing feedback, candidate management and negotiating offers.
Manage open job requisitions in ATS (Workday) to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting.
Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to HR and hiring managers.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
Retail industry experience preferred
Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process
Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Experience with Workday preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
