Job Description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with pulmonary disorders, administer oxygen and aerosol therapies, manage ventilators, perform ABGs and pulmonary function tests, and educate patients and families. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to develop and implement individualized care plans in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with strong clinical support and career growth opportunities.
