YOUR MISSION
- Ensure products and manufacturing processes are ready for successful and sustainable production launches
- Identify risks early and implement preventive quality measures before issues reach production
- Lead quality planning activities across development, industrialization, and operational projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product and process performance
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and quality teams to deliver reliable results
- Support the establishment of best practices and a culture of quality across the organization
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Hands-on experience in quality planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of product launches, process validation, and quality risk management
- Resilient, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset
- Experience working closely with engineering, production, and supplier teams
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
