Location: South Delhi

Mode: Full Time/Project Based, on-site only, no remote work. 

We are looking for an experienced DTP Operator/Graphic Designer with exceptional technical skills in art book design and image correction. Join us to work on art publications, museum and exhibition catalogues. You will work closely with our Design Head, who will provide the creative direction. Your role is to execute the work with speed, accuracy and the highest production quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Book Layout: Prepare and execute professional layouts for art books, exhibition catalogues and other publications using Adobe InDesign.

2. Image Processing: Professionally retouch, colour correct and prepare high-resolution images in Adobe Photoshop for print.

3. Print Production: Prepare press-ready artwork, check files carefully and coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality output.

4. Design Support: Work with the Design Head to accurately execute the approved design direction. Attention to detail and consistency are essential.

5. Artwork Management: Organise files, manage revisions and maintain efficient production workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Full Time/Project based, on-site. 

Essential Skills:

• Expert in Adobe InDesign with strong experience in book layout.

• Must have designed at least 10 published art books.

• Expert in Adobe Photoshop with professional image correction and colour correction experience.

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Printing Press, Publishing House or Graphic Design Studio.

Personal Attributes:

• Very strong attention to detail.

• Fast, accurate and organised

• Able to manage multiple publications and deadlines.
